Charlotte NC Chef To Cook Sweet Potatoes at DinnerLab NYC


 On behalf of The Asbury at The Dunhill Hotel in Charlotte NC, I’m pleased to announce that Executive Chef Chris Coleman will be the featured chef at Dinner Lab in SoHo, New York City, on Thursday evening, May 14.


“Dirt Candy | An evening with the North Carolina Sweet Potato” will be a five-course celebration of our state’s favorite tuber. North Carolina remains the top sweet potato producer in the nation; the event is celebrated in conjunction with the NC Sweet Potato Commission. Chef Chris was invited to NYC after the Dinner Lab event here in Charlotte.
